With over 10 years of experience across lending and advisory, Darren has worked with business owners, management teams, and private equity sponsors to structure, raise, and refinance debt, helping them achieve their unique financing objectives. His background includes roles in leveraged finance at ANZ Bank and in debt advisory at Kroll, EY, and DC Advisory. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Accountant (CA).

He founded Leopard Advisory to provide thoughtful, hands-on debt advice, combining specialist debt structuring expertise with innovative technology to drive fast execution and better outcomes. Darren works closely with clients to navigate complexity, structure the right funding solution, and secure competitive terms across leveraged finance, corporate lending, and asset-based lending.
